    PLEASE NOTE:  Early Registration will take place on Monday, September 15, after 4:00 PM. The conference program will begin and the Vendor reception will held Tuesday, September 16.
    Vendor Information:
    All vendors and attendees must register for membership with WSUTA for the conference. 
    The WSUTA Conference
    booth registration fee is $750
    Member registration fee for the vendors is $500 
    The fee includes one six-foot table, two chairs, a waste basket and power connections. 
    It is suggested that you bring a power cord and a power-strip. The hotel will provide internet connection in the conference room at no charge. 

    The Vendor sponsored receptions will be held on Tuesday, September 16, from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM.

    Vendor set-up is on Monday, September 15, from 3:00 PM. to 7:00 PM.
    Breakdown will take place on Thursday, September 18, following the conclusion of business.

    Each vendor will be allowed ten minutes for their product presentation. 

    The WSUTA Board requests that vendors bring giveaway items that will be placed in bags and given to attendees during registration as well as a gift for the raffle.

    Please send your check for WSUTA registration ($500 per attendee)

    Shipping Information:
    Shipments must arrive at the hotel no sooner than two days prior to the event start date. All shipments that arrive before this time may not be accepted.
    Each box must have the following information clearly noted on it. Conference Name, name of the person to receive the shipment, the date of the event, and the name of the Event/Catering manager. Number each box and list the number of the items that are in the shipment (Example - 1 of 5)
