While everyone's life seemed to be on hold for a while and Utilities continued to provide Electricity, Natural Gas, and Water to all of our customers, not all customers continued to provide the same courtesies. They stole from us!

The Conference registration cost is $600, which includes Monday afternoon registration; two and a half days of conference presentations, lunches, and a Tuesday night Vendor Reception.

A one-day registration is $300 and includes lunch for that day. No one day registrations on Thursday.
We’re excited about bringing you this conference and look forward to our past members, new members, and all the many vendors joining us once again. 

The Hilton Irvine is providing us with group guest room rates starting at $179.00 per night plus taxes and resort gratuity. Parking is $29.00 per night. Guest rate available 3 days prior and 3 days after the conference. Click on the link for easy WSUTA guest registration.

Disneyland Resorts is 15 miles away. Newport Beach is 8 miles away.

Please make hotel reservations by August 19, 2025 for the reduced WSUTA rate.
After August 19, the reduced rate for the Hilton Irvine ends.

The training seminar is open to Utility Theft Investigators, Law-Enforcement Officers, Credit and Collections Professionals, Internal Auditors, Fraud Investigators, and members of the Utility Community.
We will feature a range of presentations to include Threats to Critical Infrastructure, Building Rapport with LEO, and much more. We will have a Vendor sponsored Reception on Tuesday night. This will allow you the opportunity to see new products, as well as meet and greet with vendor representatives.
