PLEASE NOTE: Early Registration will take place on September 24, the conference program and Vendor reception will be September 25.
All vendors and attendees must register for membership with
for the conference. The
Conference registration fee is $400.00.
The booth registration fee is $700.00. This fee is for two attending vendors. Additional attending vendor participants will be charged $50.00 each.
The fee includes one six or eight foot table, two chairs, a waste basket and power connections.
It is suggested that you bring a power cord and a power-strip. The hotel will provide internet connection in the conference room at no charge.
The Vendor sponsored Welcome Evening will be held on Tuesday, September 25th from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM.
Vendor set-up is on Monday, September 24th from 12:00 PM. to 4:00 PM.
Breakdown will take place on Thursday,
following the conclusion of business.
Vendor presentations will be held and each vendor will be allowed five minutes for their presentation.
Board requests that vendors bring giveaway items that will be placed in bags and given to attendees during registration as well as a gift for the raffle.
